Redwork time!

Hey, hey, hey!  Friday was Red work Club.  Love Red work!  when we have show and tell, anything goes.  Isn't it fun to see what everyone does?
Arlene (not pictured) finished this quilt.  I think it is a Crab apple hill pattern.  She used crayons to add color.  Love it!  be sure to click on the picture to enlarge it.

Some of the ladies and I are doing a swap of Amy Bradley Christmas pattern.  We provided on own backgrounds, then we each picked a character from the pattern.  there are 9 characters.  Oh, and no sewing.  we each will do our own machine applique.  these are Eleanor's gingerbread men.
Cyndi is making pillowcases. Another friend is making pillow cases for Mayo clinic. you can read about it HERE
Its a great cause.  So if you can help, it will be appreciated!  thanks!

Margie is making hexies!  I think they about 3".
 Jancye made her January block.
 Jeanne has a new bag!
Now, Jeanne did her February block.  but she double stitched using red and blue.  LOVE THIS!  great idea!  be sure to click on the pic to get a better look.
Margie is in the swap I talked about.  She has the polar bear.  Aren't they just darn cute?
Susan is a brand new grandma for the first time.  love hearing about her sweet baby girl.  here is a bib and burp cloth just in time for St. Pats.

This is another Susan.  she did all the quilting on her Bernina!  She used Sharon Shambers technique for applique  and there is some embroidery on the flowers.  This quilt is stunning.  I could just sit and look and look.  Beautiful job Susan!
and now back to the other Susan.  She already has her March block done!
OK, back again to the other Susan.  Sorry about that.  This is a wall hanging for her mom's door.  It's soooo pretty.
thanks ladies for such a fun meeting!  You always make my day!

hugs
